Our Team Members

Founder & Executive Director

Tadzoka drives innovation, entrepreneurship, and sustainable development across Zimbabwe and Africa. She leads initiatives that empower vulnerable communities, particularly youth and women, by fostering collaborative ecosystems for social and economic advancement.

General Manager

Projects Finance Analyst 

Clementine oversees complex projects with her dual Masters in Business Administration and Development Studies. With PMP certification, she fosters collaboration, drives impact, and ensures operational efficiency in alignment with organizational goals.

Project Coordinator 

George cultivates partnerships and secures essential resources for initiatives. His strategic approach ensures programs are inclusive, sustainable, and highly responsive to the evolving needs of the organization and diverse communities served.

Administrator 

Phillipah excels in financial management, reporting, data analysis, and administrative tasks. Currently pursuing advanced studies in Finance and Investment, she brings a strategic mindset to fostering growth and operational efficiency.

Programs Technical Coordinator

Mukudzeishe leverages her Business Management and IT background to drive impactful programs. As a certified Street Business School trainer, she specializes in entrepreneurship and digital skills, exploring the intersection of technology and business.

Harare Hub Coordinator

Tatenda manages daily operations and facilities while providing essential tech support. Certified in IT Support and as a Lead Coach, he enhances member experiences through onboarding, events, and building partnerships with external organizations.

Bulawayo Hub Coordinator

Travolta builds strong relationships to foster a supportive co-working environment. Dedicated to enhancing young people’s skills and employability, she promotes innovation and collaboration while unlocking economic opportunities for communities.

Chikombedzi Makerspace Coordinator

Tafadzwa leverages extensive experience in electric mobility solutions and operations management to empower local entrepreneurs. He delivers training in sustainable practices and provides tool access to foster innovation and build self-reliant economies.

Tsholotsho Makerspace Coordinator

Marylin applies expertise in operations management and electrical engineering to drive innovation. Passionate about technology, she fosters collaboration and learning, empowering others and enhancing community engagement at the intersection of people and machines.

Programming and Business Development Trainee

Rumbidzai identifies funding opportunities and crafts compelling proposals to support initiatives empowering women and children in rural communities. With academic backgrounds in Digital Business, Design & Innovation and Business Management, she brings a global perspective to local challenges.

Finance and Admin Graduate Trainee

Martin utilizes his data-driven approach to enhance operational planning and account reconciliation. With a Banking and Finance degree, he strengthens financial management practices while exploring green technologies for impactful development initiatives.

Tinovimba actively contributes to innovative projects while pursuing Development Studies at MSU. With Green Digital Skills certification and working towards Google Data Analytics certification, he leverages technology for sustainable development in collaborative environments.

Taona Masaraure is a professional driver with over 30 years of experience. He developed the passion of driving at a very tender age pursued a diploma in transport and logistics management to further his career. 

Digital Innovation Trainer

Tinashe is passionate about using digital skills to support development. With a background in computer systems engineering and hands-on experience in web and software development, he’s committed to creating practical solutions and sharing knowledge through community training.

Intern

As an passionate intern, Tinovimba actively contributes to innovative projects while pursuing Development Studies at MSU. With a certificate in Green Digital Skills and currently working towards a Google Data Analytics certification, he is passionate about leveraging technology for sustainable development and thrives in collaborative team environments.

Our Board Members

Our Board Members bring a wealth of experience, leadership, and vision to Impact Hub Harare. Committed to guiding our mission and driving sustainable impact, they provide strategic oversight and ensure that we stay true to our values. Their diverse backgrounds and expertise help shape our direction, empowering us to innovate and grow as we continue to support changemakers in our community.

Chair

Jackie is an experienced facilitator and host who works locally, regionally and internationally as a facilitator and host helping groups, organizations, and individuals work through complex social challenges using participatory methods.

Chandi is a highly accomplished professional with a diverse background in international development particularly focusing on the renewable energy, climate change, climate finance and gender in multi-country projects.

Carol Wogrin Psy.D., is a clinical psychologist with a background in nursing and has been working with children adolescents adults and families coping with illness trauma, bereavement and other life challenges for over 40 years.

With over 20 years’ experience in the hospitality, film and digital marketing sectors, Joseph Bunga is a dynamic entrepreneur with an exceptional eye for opportunity and knack for relationship marketing. 

As the founder and Executive Director, Tadzoka also sits as an Ex-Officio Member of the Board. She is a social impact entrepreneur and has worked as a local and Regional expert consultant for Global development projects.
